A very warm welcome to our school website. I’m delighted to introduce myself as the Headteacher of Dalton St. Michael’s CE Primary School, having proudly stepped into this role in January 2025.
As a long-standing member of the school community and former Assistant Headteacher, I already knew what a truly special place Dalton St. Michael’s is. Our small school is more than just a place of learning—it’s a close-knit family where every child is known, valued, and supported to reach their full potential. 100% of people responding either agreed (10.5%) or strongly agreed (89.5%) that they were happy that their child attended Dalton St. Michael's CE Primary School
100% of people responding either agreed (15.8%) or strongly agreed (84.2%) that their child is happy at Dalton St. Michael's CE Primary School
100% of people responding either agreed (5.3%) or strongly agreed (94.7%) that they would recommend Dalton St. Michael's CE Primary School to other parents
100% of people responding either agreed (10.5%) or strongly agreed (89.5%) that staff were approachable at Dalton St. Michael's CE Primary School
94.7% of people responding either agreed (15.8%) or strongly agreed (78.9%) that behaviour was good at Dalton St. Michael's CE Primary School
When asked what do we do well parents said:
'Most things, the children love coming to school. All teachers and staff are amazing :) seen a huge difference since Mr A became head and Mrs Ball joined ! We love Dalton!'
